At Levi's South Africa, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at a designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
